  1. The sound which lies between the frequency range of 20 Hz to 20000 Hz is called audible frequency sound.
  2. Among the given options only option having 1000 Hz frequency and 250 Hz frequency lie in the range of audible frequency.
  3. So the sounds of 1000 Hz and 250 Hz frequency can be heard by human ears.
  4. Other, frequencies do not fall in the range of audible frequency so they cannot be heard by human ears.

Hence, sound having a frequency of 15 hertz and 30000 Hz will not be heard by human ears.
