Since Lewis base = e donor
Bronsted acid = H+ donor
Bronsted base = H+ acceptor
In NH3, nitrogen have lone pair of electron, thus it can act as a Lewis base.

Similarly, it can also lose H+ ion to act as a Bronsted acid.
