Given list of terms:
$6, 4 y, - 3 x, \frac{5}{4}, \frac{4}{5} x y, a z, 7 p, 0, \frac{9 x}{y}, \frac{3}{4 x}, - \frac{x z}{3 y}$
On observing the given list we find that $6, \frac{5}{4}, 0$ are constant terms and $4 y, - 3 x, \frac{4}{5} x y, a, 7 y, \frac{9 x}{y}, \frac{3}{4 x}, - \frac{x z}{x y}$ are variables.
