The correct option is B $16\frac{2}{3}$%

Total cost spent on the $75$ articles $=Rs1,275+3\times 75=Rs1,275+Rs225=Rs1,500$
When he sells $\frac{1}{3}$ the of the articles at $Rs26$, selling price will be for this amount of articles will be $S.P.1=\frac{1}{3}\times 75\times 26=Rs650$
Now, when he sells $\frac{2}{3}$ the of the articles at $Rs22$, selling price will be for this amount of articles will be $S.P.2=\frac{2}{3}\times 75\times 22=Rs1100$
So, Total S.P. $=Rs650+Rs1100=Rs1750$
Profit % on the whole transaction $=\frac{1750-1,500}{1,500}\times 100=\frac{250}{1500}\times 100=16\frac{2}{3}$ %
