She added Rs 15, 7 times = 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 = 105

Ravi did the same problem by multiplication i.e., 7 times of 15 $= 7 \times 15 = 105$

Multiplication is an extended form of addition. Hence, both will give the same result.
