Shakti did addition for the weekly cost of commuting by toll tax for Rs.15 each day

She added Rs 15, 7 times = 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 = 105

Ravi did the same problem by multiplication i.e., 7 times of 15 =7×15=105

Multiplication is an extended form of addition. Hence, both will give the same result.
