Few possible reasons why Shasi has been failing to make the bulb glow are:
1. No source of electricity: The battery is an old one, hence it might be dead. Dead battery can not supply electricity to the circuit. Without electricity the bulb will not glow.
2. Open circuit: The connecting wires are not connected properly resulting in an open circuit. In an open circuit, no current flows. Hence, the bulb will not glow.
3. Fused bulb: If the filament of the bulb is broken, it will not glow.
