Let number of coins sheela has be $x$ and number of coins Meena has be $y.$

Total number of coins is 30

$\Rightarrow x+y=30$................(i)

Sheela gives 5 coins to Meena $\Rightarrow$ Meena will have double the number of coins Sheela has.

$\Rightarrow 2(x-5)=y+5\Rightarrow 2x-y=15$..............(ii)

Adding (i) and (ii) we get

$3x=45\Rightarrow x=15$
