Solution

Apples bought by Shivam = 7.5 kg
Grapes bought by Shivam = 2.5 kg
Total fruits bought by Shivam = (7.5 + 2.5) kg = 10 kg

[1]
Apples given to Shivam’s friend = 4.60 kg
Grapes given to Shivam’s friend = 1.50 kg
Total fruits given to Shivam’s friend = (4.60 + 1.50)kg = 6.1 kg
Fruits left for Charan = (10 − 6.10) kg = 3.90 kg

[1]
Therefore, the weight of the remaining fruits is 3.90 kg.
