Shivam took a balloon and filled it with 2 gms of hydrogen and Swami took a balloon and filled it with 32gms of oxygen. Which one of the following will have bigger size?
Both have equal size.
As we know that ideal gas laws states that PV=nRT so any two gases at same temperature and pressure will have their volume ratio equal to their molar ratio. So, as 2 gms of Hydrogen contains 1 mole and 32 gms of oxygen also contains 1 mole, their molar ratio is unity and so their volume ratio should also be unity. Hence they have same volume and size.
