Normally, the Food and water substances can be contaminated by the disease-causing germs.
The Germs can get into our body from the mouth, breaks in the skin, nose, genitals and eyes. When the disease-causing germs are present inside the body then they can stop organs from working properly.
Example Entamoeba which causes disease like Dysentery leaves the patients body in stools which can contaminate our food through various vectors like flies or other insects if proper hygiene is not maintained.
