How do the archae differ from the bacteria?

Archaebacteria are different from eubacteria as they lack peptidoglycans and cellulose in their cell wall, their cell wall is made up of non-cellulosic polysaccharides and proteins, archaebacteria can survive in harsh conditions but bacteria cannot.
