How do nerve impulses on a neuron travel only in one direction?

Nerve impulses depend on the synaptic transmission. This impulse cannot travel in the opposite direction, because nerve cells only have neurotransmission single sights and receptors in one place. It is a signal that passes through nerve fibers. It depends on electric depolarization and repolarization
