The left ventricle is usually thick than right ventricle because more pressure is created there as the blood is to be supplied to the whole body at different levels.
If left ventricle is thin, effective pumping of blood will not take place, as a result, all the general activities of person will not be that efficient, the person cannot do any vigorous activity.
As less blood supply decreases, which means less oxygen and therefore less energy.
As blood pressure will be less, it will affect the kidneys.
