Question

Should existing democracies directly intervene in countries that are non-democratic to establish democracy there? What is your opinion? Write in brief.

Propagating the values of democracy is a good thing. But it is not good to establish democracy in a non-democratic country by force. This is what happened in Iraq a few years ago. The US and its allies invaded Iraq in 2003 for establishing democracy there.
So far I think such intervention is not praiseworthy. External help does not help in every case unless the people of a nation are actively engaged in a struggle to make their societies democratic.
