should we consider the elections held in china and mexicoare democratic elections ? give reasons

No,they won't be called as democratic elections because in both the countries there is one party dominance .In china Communist part is the authority from which candidates contesting elections have to get approval while as in Mexico PRI (institutional revolutionary party )who were in power had been using dirty tricks to win the elections suppressing opposition parties always there.
