Solution

Dear student,
A conductor is a material which conducts electricity and heat or sound can flow through it . The electrons can move freely within the conductor while an insulator are those material whose internal electric current do not move freely . Metal pots and pans transfer heat from the stove to the food inside of them to cook it. Hence, food is considered as a conductor.
