Let $A \subset B$
To show: $C - B \subset C - A$

Let $x \in C - B$
$\Rightarrow x \in C$ and $x / \in B$
$\Rightarrow x \in C$ and $x / \in A$ ( $A \subset B$ )
$\Rightarrow x \in C - A$

$∴ C - B \subset C - A$
