(1, 0), (5, 3), (2, 7) and (-2, 4)

Open in App
Solution

Consider the given points.
A(1,0),B(5,3),C(2,7),D(2,4)

So,
AB=(51)2+(30)2
AB=(4)2+(3)2
AB=25=5

Similarly,
BC=(25)2+(73)2
BC=(3)2+(4)2
BC=25=5

Similarly,
CD=(22)2+(47)2
CD=(4)2+(3)2
CD=25=5

Similarly,
DA=(1+2)2+(04)2
DA=(3)2+(4)2
DA=25=5

Therefore,
AB=BC=CD=AD

Now,
AC=(21)2+(70)2
AC=(1)2+(7)2
AC=1+49=50

Similarly,
BD=(25)2+(43)2
BD=(7)2+(1)2
BD=49+1=50

So,
AC=BD

As all the sides are equal and diagonals are equal.

Its shows that the following vertices are of rhombus.

Hence, this is the answer.
