Given,

$A(6,2)$

$B(2,-3)$

$C(-2,-8)$

Slope of $(x_1,y_1),(x_2,y_2)$

$=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}$

$m_{AB}=\frac{-3-2}{2-6}=\frac{-5}{-4}=\frac{5}{4}$

$m_{Bc}=\frac{-8-(-3)}{-2-2}=\frac{5}{4}$

Hence they are collinear.
