Yes, the three campaigns are inter related. Environment is a very broad term, can it includes wildlife, natural resources and many more. So, the two campaigns on saving Natural Resources and Wildlife can be thought of as subsets of the bigger picture to Save Environment. Though, the two campaigns on wildlife and natural resources aren't related to each other as such.
