Let length of the square be $x$ m., Area of the square $=x^2$
$x^2=625,x=\pm \sqrt{625}=\pm 25\therefore x=+25$ or $x=-25$
Since the length cannot be negative, we take $x=+25$.
$\therefore$ length of one side of the square $=+25m$
Perimeter of square = $4xm$
$\therefore$ wire required for four rounds $=4\times 4x=16xm$
$\therefore$ required length of the wire $=16\times 25=400m$
