Solution

The correct option is B 2 : 5
For Sid,
C.P. of 10 pens = ₹ 120
and S.P. of 1 pen = ₹ 14
So, S.P of 10 pens = 10 × 14 = ₹ 140
Profit made = 140 - 120 = ₹ 20

For Sam,
C.P. of 10 pens = ₹ 150
and S.P. of 10 pens = ₹ 200
Profit made = 200 - 150 = ₹ 50

So, ratio of profit between Sid and Sam
= 20 : 50
= 2050
= 25
= 2 : 5
