According to the Faraday's second law,

Eq. wt. of AgEq. wt. of Cu =Mass of Ag depositedMass of Cu deposited

Given, the mass of Ag deposited =27g.

Eq.wt.=Atomic massvalency

Thus,

Eq.wt.ofAg=1081=108 (Valency of Ag = 1)

Eq.wt.ofCu=63.62 =31.8 (Valency of Cu = 2)

Mass of Cu deposited = Mass of Ag deposited ×Eq. wt. of CuEq. wt. of Ag
