Here, we use the concept of simplifying the expressions by opening brackets one by one and then using ‘BODMAS’.

There are four types of brackets. The order of simplifying brackets is: (1) Bar or vinculum (2) Small brackets ( ) (3) Curly brackets { } (4) Square brackets [ ].
After removing the brackets, simplification is to be done in the order of the letters of the word ‘BODMAS’. Here B, O, D, M, A, S stands for Brackets, Of, Division, Multiplication, Addition and Subtraction respectively. Here in the expression, ‘Of’ is considered as multiplication but is operated before division or multiplication.
