$= (2 x - 9 + 3 x + 4) (2 x - 9 - (3 x + 4))$
$= (5 x - 5) (- x - 13)$
$= - 5 (x - 1) (x + 13)$
$= - 5 (x^{2} - x + 13 x - 13)$
$= - 5 x^{2} - 60 x + 65$
