Open in App
Solution
We have 5(x-4)-3(x-4)+7(x-4)
Multiply the number outside the bracket to inside
We get
[5x-(5*4)]-[3x-(3*4)]+[7x-(7*4)]
=5x-20-(3x-12)+7x-28
=5x-20-3x+12+7x-28
=9x-36
(This is the answer)
