As we already know for any non-zero integer 'a' and natural numbers m and n,

amn=am×n=amnam×an=am+naman=am-n

On solving now step by step using the above statements:

Firstly, (52)3=52×3=56 ( using amn=amn)

After that, 56×54=56+4=510 (using am×an=am+n)

Finally, 51057=510-7=53 (using aman=am-n)

Combining all the steps: 523×54÷57=56×54÷57=56+4÷57=510÷57=510-7=53

Hence, 523×54÷57 is equal to 53.
