We have to simplify $x^{2} (3 - {5 y}^{2}) + x ({x y}^{2} - 3 x) - 2 y (y - {2 x}^{2} y)$
$= {3 x}^{2} - {5 x}^{2} y^{2} + x^{2} y^{2} - {3 x}^{2} - {2 y}^{2} + {4 x}^{2} y^{2}$
$= ({3 x}^{2} - {3 x}^{2}) + (- {5 x}^{2} y^{2} + x^{2} y^{2} + {4 x}^{2} y^{2}) - {2 y}^{2}$
$= 0 - {2 y}^{2} = - {2 y}^{2}$ .
