The correct option is D
$m^{2} + 3 m = m (m + 3)$
$m^{2} + 4 m + 3 = (m + 1) (m + 3)$
$m^{2} - 2 m - 3 = (m + 1) (m - 3)$
$m^{2} - 9 = (m + 3) (m - 3)$
$∴ \frac{m (m + 3)}{(m + 1) (m + 3)} \times \frac{(m + 1) (m - 3)}{(m + 3) (m - 3)}$
Cancelling the terms we get $\Rightarrow \frac{m}{m + 3}$
