$\Rightarrow 2 a^{2} + 2 a b + 3 - a b \Rightarrow 2 a^{2} + 2 a b - a b + 3$
$\Rightarrow 2 a^{2} + a b + 3$
$\Rightarrow 2 (5)^{2} + (5) (- 3) + 3$
$\Rightarrow 2 \times 25 - 15 + 3$
$\Rightarrow 50 - 15 + 3$
$\Rightarrow 38$
