Given expression is

8-6x+4x+3

On simplifying the expression,

8-6x+4x+3=(8+3)+(-6x+4x)...(groupingtheliketerms)=11+(-2x)=11-2x

Step 2- Substitute the value of x in simplified equation

putting the value x=3in11-2x

=11-2(3)=11-2×3=11-6=5

Hence, the required solution is 5
