(i) (2x + 5) (3x - 2) + (x + 2) (2x - 3)

(i) We have,
(2x + 5) (3x - 2) + (x + 2) (2x - 3)
= 2x(3x - 2) +5 (3x - 2) + x (2x - 3) + 2(2x - 3)
= $6 x^{2} - 4 x + 15 x - 10 + 2 x^{2} - 3 x + 4 x - 6$
= $(6 x^{2} + 2 x^{2}) + (- 4 x + 15 x - 3 x + 4 x) + (- 10 - 6)$
= $8 x^{2} + 12 x - 16$
