If x and y are positive numbers, $\frac{\sqrt{x}}{\sqrt{y}} = \sqrt{\frac{x}{y}}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{\sqrt{36}}{\sqrt{9}} = \sqrt{\frac{36}{9}}$
