Firstly, we have to solve the bracket, then of (change ‘of’ into $\times$ ), Division, Multiplication, Addition and Subtraction.
$\begin{array}{rcl} 24 \div (- 3) + 12 \times 6 & = & - 8 + 12 \times 6 \\ = & - 8 + 72 \\ = & 64 \end{array}$
Hence, the value of this question is $64$ .
