Solution

Old profit sharing ratio of Singh, Gupta and Khan = 3 : 2 : 3

Singh's sacrifice = 13 of 38 =13×38=324

Gupta's sacrifice = 14 of 28 =14×28=232

Khan's sacrifice = 15 of 38 =15×38=340

Singh's new share = 38324=9324=624

Gupta's new share = 28232=8232=632

Khan's new share = 38340=15340=1240

Jain's share = 324+232+340=60+30+36480=126480

Hence, new share of Singh : Gupta : Khan : Jain

624:632:1240:126480

120:90:144:126480

or 120 : 90 : 144 : 126

or 20 : 15 : 24 : 21
