Silica is very unreactive in its normal. It is not attacked by various acids and halides. It doesnot react with $C O_{2}$ and $H C l$ .
However, it react with hydrofluoric acid to form hexafluorosilicic acid.
$S i O_{2} + 4 H F \to S i F_{4} + 2 H_{2} O$
$S i F_{4} + 2 H F \to H_{2} S i F_{6}$

When silica is mixed with solid sodium carbonate and melted, sodium silicate is formed. This reaction is the basic reaction in the manufacture of glass.
$S i O_{2} + N a_{2} C O_{3} \to N a_{2} S i O_{3} + C O_{2}$
So, option A and C are correct.
