Sir can you please give me some examples of measurements which can be measured directly by our sensory organs without using any instruments.I got this doubt on seeing the introduction video.

On olden days there used many measurements. They measured lenght using hands and foots(we also often do), time using shadows and position of sun(not very accurate as today), mass just weighting on hand(not accurate, only for assumption), etc...
