Solution

It is true that crystalline form of carbon having 30 to 960 atoms in their molecules are called fullerene. The compound with 60 carbon atoms are called buckminster fullerene.

Organic chemistry is considered as the study of carbon containing compounds: To be organic the compound must contain carbon
But the converse does not apply - there are some carbon containing compounds that are accepted as being inorganic: metal carbonates( - CO3) - bicarbonates (-HCO3) , carbon dioxide(CO2) , carbon monoxide(CO) , cyanides (CN) and carbides such as calcium carbide CaC2.

This definition of organic compounds containing C has been expanded to be: That an organic compound must have a
C-H covalent bond in its structure.
