Solution

This question is based on a concept called relativity as proposed by the famous Albert Einstein. The observed phenomenon is as a result of the fact that you are moving away from the stationary object outside the window at a particular relative velocity (velocity of the moving train). But you in the moving train might not be aware of your motion because the train might be very big so that you start to feel that the stationary object is what is moving away from you.
Relative velocity is the difference in velocity between two moving objects. So since the object outside the moving train is stationary, it will appear to be moving away from you at the velocity of the moving train.
