Sir the chapters Atoms and nuclear chemistry is common in botg Physics and chenistry so do we need to separately learn these chapters again,because i have already learnt these two common chapters in chemistry.So do i need to study this once again.

In the first chapter of chemistry, the 2nd sub-chapter has table of cations where in the valency 4 - tetravalent elements, lead has the valency of 3+ instead of 4+. Is it an error or the lead has a valency of 3+ ? If yes then how?
