The correct option is C B & C
As B has neighbours F and D, so B will be between F and D.
The sequence can be formed is either F B D or D B F.
E has the neighbour A & C and the sequence of house formed is either A E C or C E A.
Since, A does not live next to either F or D. Also C does not live next to D.
So, A E C F B D is one possible sequence of houses arranged in a row.
And D B F C E A is another possible sequence of houses arranged in a row.
In both the sequences F's neighbours are B & C.
Hence, option C is correct.
