The correct option is B 5 Ω

So, above circuit can be redrawn as shown below

Clearly, the above circuit resembles a balanced Wheatstone bridge, so we can remove the resistor in the arm AB

The circuit will further reduce as shown below,




So, equivalent resistance across points X and Y will be

1Req=120+120+110=15

Req=5 Ω
