a5d+a3d+ad+a+d+a+3d+a+5d=3(Sum=3)
6a=3a=12

Also, given T1=4T3, where T1,T3 are respectively, first and third terms of AP.
a5d=4(ad)
d=3a=32

The fifth term
a+3d=12+3(32)=1292=4
