If A-B-C and $\ell \left(AC\right)=11,\ell \left(BC\right)=6.5then\ell \left(AB\right)$ = ?

We have, $l\left(AC\right)=11;l\left(BC\right)=\mathrm{6.5.}$

Now, $l\left(AC\right)=l\left(AB\right)+l\left(BC\right)$

So, $l\left(AB\right)=l\left(AC\right)-l\left(BC\right)=11-6.5$

∴ $l\left(AB\right)=4.5$
