$\Rightarrow x = y + 32$
$\Rightarrow (x + 4) (y + 4) = 969$
$\Rightarrow (y + 36) (y + 4) = 969$
$\Rightarrow y^{2} + 4 y + 36 y + 144 = 969$
$\Rightarrow y^{2} + 40 y - 825 = 0$
$\Rightarrow y^{2} = 55 y - 15 y - 825 = 0$
$\Rightarrow (y + 55) (y - 15) = 0$
So $y = 15$
$x = y + 32 = 47$ .
