Land being an important natural resource, it is necessary to be very careful in its use. Following steps can be taken in this regard to conserve it:
(i) Limited use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides because they kill bacteria and other micro-organisms in the soil.
(ii) Check on indiscriminate cutting of trees because trees play a major role conserving soil from strong wind or rain.
(iii) Check on the pollution of environment.
