Soil as such is said to be made up of 5 elements, i.e. Sand/Rock Particles, Organic Matter, Water, Gas, Minerals.
However, in general, it is said that Soil is made up of the following 3 substances: 1. minerals 2. rock particles 3. decayed plants and animals(Decaying Organic Matter)
