$\frac{2 x}{3} + 4 y + \frac{1}{2} = 0$

$2 x - 3 y - 3 = 0 ⟶ (i) \frac{2 x}{3} + 4 y + \frac{1}{2} = 0 \Rightarrow \frac{4 x + 24 y + 3}{6} = 0 4 x + 24 y + 3 = 0 ⟶ (i i)$
Multiplying $(i)$ by $2.$
$4 x - 6 y - 6 = 0 4 x + 24 y + 3 = 0$
On substraction : $- 30 y - 9 = 0 y = \frac{9}{30} = \frac{3}{10}$
Putting value of $y$ in equation $⟶ (i)$
$2 x - 3 (\frac{3}{10}) - 3 = 0 \Rightarrow 2 x = \frac{9}{10} + 3 \Rightarrow 2 x = \frac{39}{10} \Rightarrow x = \frac{39}{20} x = \frac{39}{20} y = \frac{3}{10} .$
