$(2 x + 5)^{2} - (2 x - 5)^{2}$

Solution

We know that,
$a^{2} - b^{2} = (a + b) (a - b)$
Let $a = 2 x + 5$ & $b = 2 x - 5$
$= (2 x + 5 + 2 x - 5) (2 x + 5 - (2 x - 5))$
$= (4 x) (2 x + 5 - 2 x + 5)$
$= (4 x) (2 x + 5 - 2 x + 5)$
$= 4 x \times 10 = 0$
Then,
we get $40 x$
