The given equations are to be reduced to linear equations by dividing it by xy
6y=3x=7 3x+6y=7.......(1)
3y+9x=11 s 9x+3y.....(2)
On observation, it is found that the coefficients of x or y are easy
multiplies. So, using the method of elimination
3x+6y=7,
Multiplying (2) by 2
18x+6y=22

15x=15,x=1
Put x=1 in (1)
We get y=32
